Chapter 01
How a daycare day actually runs
You can drop off as early as 7:30am, and daycare works either way: a few morning hours if that's what your schedule needs, or a full day while you're at work. There's no minimum stay to justify and no half-day penalty. Some dogs come once a week to burn off energy before a busy weekend, others come most weekdays because they do better with company than they do alone in a crate.
Once a dog is on the schedule, the day itself is simple from the owner's side. Drop off, go about your day, pick up. Everything that makes that simple, the matching, the feeding, the yard rotation, happens on our end.

Groups matched by size and play style, not just headcount
A big, bouncy Lab and a small, cautious terrier don't belong in the same free-for-all just because they're both dogs. We split groups by size and by play style, and we keep the groups smaller on purpose, small enough that a dog who wants a quieter afternoon gets one, and a dog who wants nonstop wrestling gets matched with dogs who want the same thing.
Our caretakers are trained to read dog body language, not just referee fights after they start. That means catching the stiff posture or the too-long stare before it turns into a scuffle, and pulling a dog out for a breather when play starts running too hot, the same judgment call a good trainer makes, applied all day, every day.
Chapter 03
Three yards, and an option for dogs who'd rather skip the pack
There's one large grass field and two indoor play rooms, so weather never means a day stuck inside with nothing to do, and there's always a second space to rotate a group into if one yard needs a rest. Lunchtime is covered too: feeding on request if that's part of your dog's routine, or a lunchtime treat for everyone else.
Not every good dog is a pack dog. Some genuinely prefer people to other dogs, and we don't force that dog into group after-noon play just because that's the default. There's a non-pack-style option built for exactly that temperament, so a dog who does better one-on-one with a handler still gets a full day of attention instead of being pushed into a group that isn't a fit.
Before the first day
New dogs start with an application covering the basics, what your dog likes, what sets them off, how they've done around other dogs before, followed by a meet-and-greet so we can see your dog in person before their first drop-off. That's not paperwork for its own sake, it's how we build the group matches described above with real information instead of guesswork.
The first full daycare day includes a play evaluation, watching how your dog actually behaves in a group before we settle them into a regular one. If daycare and a night of boarding line up on the calendar, ask about pricing them together instead of booking each separately.
